A note on honest reckoning. The Pleiades are a cluster; Alcyone is used as the computational point. Agrippa records a variant position for Aldebaran (25° Aries, after Hermes). Agrippa lists two wings of Corvus; tables compute with δ Corvi. His remark on the Sun's aspect to Arcturus is garbled in the text, and no election is built on it. Mansion spirit names of Picatrix are reserved for a later edition.
